The Lagos State government has ordered the Corp Marshal of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), Major Olaniyi Olatunbosun Cole (rtd), and other law enforcement agents to arrest anyone found crossing the highway in the state.
This was disclosed on Sunday by the Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab.
