The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Fuad Laguda, has been declared the winner of Saturday’s House of Representatives by-election in Surulere 1 Federal Constituency of Lagos State.
According to the Returning Officer for the by-election, Prof Simeon Adebayo, Laguda polled a total of 11,203 votes.
