The former Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, has arrived at the Federal High Court in Abuja for his arraignment over alleged fraud-related matters and embezzlement of state funds by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
He was accompanied to the court by a team of EFCC officials who had earlier brought him to the premises in a white bus.
