According to a report by Spanish outlet Fichajes, Lutsharel Geertruida is the subject of interest from Real Madrid. The Merengues are in the market for a right-back as they search for a long-term successor to Dani Carvajal. And the 23-year-old versatile Feyenoord defender has emerged as a target. The Spanish giants are ready to pay €35 million to sign him.
Who is Lutsharel Geertruida?
Lutsharel Geertruida is a native of Rotterdam and spent his youth career in his hometown. The Dutchman graduated from the Feyenoord youth division and has come leaps and bounds since breaking into the first-team squad. He made his first-team debut as a 17-year-old in October 2017 but has become a regular since the 2020/21 season.
