Before we crucify the Nigerian Navy on oil theft

There is an interesting debate about oil theft in the country, but little emphasis has been placed on the quantity of crude oil produced in the country. I some issues with the narrative on crude oil theft.

I believe its one-sided. The solution to this problem would be for the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited to conveniently provide accurate data on the amount of crude oil produced in the country.
