Ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, the Super Eagles are set to face Guinea in a friendly match, having finalized an agreement with their Guinean counterparts, although Burkina Faso was also initially considered by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Following their training stint in Abu Dhabi, the team will return to Nigeria before heading to Abidjan. Their tournament campaign kicks off with a match against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday, January 14.
