LAGOS – The ongoing annual 2023 Calabar festival has recorded a drop in the number of participating states across Nigeria and the number of countries against what it recorded last year.
In the 2022 edition of the international Calabar carnival, a total of 10 countries and 20 states in Nigeria participated in the carnival.
