LAGOS – The Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership (CACOL) has decried the current Naira scarcity being witnessed in various parts of the country.
CACOL’s Chairman, Mr Debo Adeniran, in a statement signed by its Director of Administration and Programmes, Tola Oresanwo, said that it has observed that barely a year after the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN’s) Naira redesign that ended up as a colossal fiasco and subjected people to untold hardships, currency scarcity has resurfaced in the country.
