The House of Representatives Committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values, has expressed desatisfaction with what it termed low and insufficient funds allocation to the Federal Ministry of Information and its agencies in the 2024 budget.
He also stated that there was insufficient allocation of funds to the National Orientation Agency (NOA), lamenting that there is zero allocation of funds to the Nigeria Press Council and one other key information agency in the budget being considered for passage by the National Assembly.
