The All Progressives Congress has applauded the Appeal Court decision sacking Abba Yusuf, the New Nigerian Peoples Party ( NNPP) government in Kano while declaring a rerun for the governorship election in Zamfara.
Barrister Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary of APC, who summarized the two judgements as epochal, said the decisions of the court have reaffirmed its independence from political influence and blackmail.
