Justice M. M. Adamu of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has restrained Senator Samuel Anyanwu from parading himself as the National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, pending the determination of a suit seeking his removal from office.
Justice Adamu gave the order in his ruling on a motion brought by a member of the party, Douglas Nwachukwu, through his lawyer, F. S. Jimba Esq. dated October 30, 2023.
