Kalu advocates better funding for Justice, social welfare institutions

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rep Benjamin Okezie Kalu has said inadequate funding of critical justice and social welfare institutions is hampering their ability to carry out their mandates effectively, thereby, compromising welfare of most citizens, the vulnerable.
