The accomplished comedian emphasized that regardless of one’s actions, there will always be someone with a negative viewpoint. It is crucial, he noted, not to internalize this negativity.
AY, a renowned Nollywood actor, comedian, and movie producer, recently engaged in a public dispute with artist Seun Kuti. In response, he imparted some valuable wisdom.
He underlined the fact that no matter what one does, there will always be someone who holds a negative opinion. However, he emphasized the importance of not taking it to heart.
AY continued by explaining that people tend to scrutinize and criticize others’ lives when they are dissatisfied with their own. He advised that it’s essential to remember that one doesn’t need everyone’s approval to find happiness.
The father of two insisted that life is a series of lessons, some of which are straightforward to grasp, while others may be more challenging.
“No matter what you do someone will have something negative to say. Try not to take it personally. People judge and criticize other people’s lives when they’re not happy with their own. Just know you don’t need everyone’s approval to be happy”.
“Life is a series of lessons, some of which are learned easily, while others are more challenging. There is potential to learn valuable lessons from every situation life brings your way. It can be hard to focus on what you might learn along the way when you find yourself navigating a difficult situation, but ur can be comforting to remember that there is a lesson in there somewhere”.
The comedian has had a public dispute with Seun Kuti and received condemnation for his rude comment about Davido in recent days.
Seun Kuti’s drama began when he mocked Ayo Makun over his burnt house, claiming that the comedian had called his daughter a dog in one of his dry skits and had also utilized his (Seun) pains and tribulations to create jokes.
He dropped a bombshell about the comic, claiming that AY hits his wife and has a foul mouth, which everyone in the industry is aware of.
In response, AY stated that the more he tries to prevent antagonism and constant attacks, the more he perceives himself as a planned misery feast for others.
He provided evidence to refute his string of charges, namely that he called the singer’s daughter a dog.
