The board and management of Guinea Insurance Plc have charted a new resolve to reposition the company and make it an investment destination for potential investors.
Mr. Ugochukwu Godson, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, who revealed his plans to stakeholders, investors, and key figures from the financial world present at the firm’s 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 27, 2023, at The Providence Hotel in G.R.A., Ikeja, Lagos State ,noted that this year’s AGM was meant to discuss pivotal corporate developments and financial performance as they borders on Guinea Insurance growth plans.
