Abia North: Nullify Orji Kalu’s Election For Admitting He Was Convicted For Fraud – LP Candidate Oji Tells Appeal Court

Labour Party Senatorial Candidate for Abia North in the 2023 Senatorial Election, Nnamdi Iroh-Oji, has prayed the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos to nullify the election of former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu for admitting before the Federal High Court that he was convicted of fraud.

Iroh-Oji made the appeal after the tribunal a few weeks ago affirmed the election of Orji Kalu as the winner of the Abia North Senatorial Election held on February 25.
