The National Assembly House of Representatives Committee on Public Petitions has summon the the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security to appear before it to defend a petition written against his ministry by the Coalition of the Nigerian Institute For Oil Palm Research (NIFOR) host Communities Organization.
Also to appear before the National Assembly Public Petitions Committee are members of the United Patriots Assembly of Nigeria (UPAN) led by its President and National Facilitator, Comrade Aiyamenkhue Edokpolo, the group that endorsed the petition on behalf of the Coalition of NIFOR host Communities.
