FCT, Abuja – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, revealed why the Supreme Court should not admit additional evidence Tinubu’s certificate that was released to Atiku Abubakar, by the Chicago State University, (CSU).
According to them, Atiku, flagbearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), did not meet the requisite condition precedent to enable the apex court to admit the documents in evidence, Vanguard reported.
