NiDCOM to probe killing of Nigerian medical student in Philippines

An X user, @michaelojuola, had on Sunday, tweeted that the deceased’s hands were tied, his mouth covered and that the late Ikem was beaten to death by some students he identified as Chinese.

He called on NiDCOM and the Nigerian Senate among others, to intervene in the matter.
