The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an appeal filed by the former Senator representing Kogi West against the outcome of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary in the state.
Adeyemi had appealed the verdicts of the Federal High Court, Abuja, and Court of Appeal, Abuja, which upheld Usman Ododo’s victory in the April 15 primary election held in the state.
The ex-lawmaker had challenged the outcome of the exercise over widespread irregularities.
