“We Are Struggling To Pay Salaries, There’s No Money Anywhere” – Federal Government

The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Atiku Bagudu, stated that the government is facing difficulties in meeting its salary obligations. Speaking in Abuja on Friday, the Ministry reached out to non-governmental organizations, urging them to assist the Federal Government in filling the gaps it currently faces.

Bagudu, represented by the ministry’s Director of International Cooperation, Dr. Sampson Ebimaro, decried that Nigeria’s population is fast increasing, adding that unemployment is surging amid a high inflation rate.
