The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released figures on election tribunal casesso far dismissed or withdrawn.According to the apex electoral body 891 petitions out of 1,196 on 2023 poll have till this moment been either dismissed or withdrawn.
INEC posited that the loss of 74.4% of the petitions confirmed the credibility of the elections it conducted.
