What is good for artisanal miners also good for artisanal refineries in Niger Delta – PANDEF

The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), has demanded for equal treatment artisanal refineries in the Niger Delta following moves by the Federal Government to find legitimacy for artisanal miners nationwide.

The forum noted that it has seen efforts being made by the Federal Government to promote the solid minerals sector and demands that the gesture should also be extended to artesenal refineries in the Niger Delta.
