The governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, has warned security agencies about a plot by the state’s opposition to wreak havoc in the Ogbia local government area on election day, November 11.
Chief Timipre Sylva, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for governor, was also denigrated by Governor Diri as being opposed to progress and development.
