Abubakar Giro, a popular Islamic cleric, is dead.
The leader of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa Iqamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS) in Nigeria, Bala Lau, confirmed the passing of the cleric in a post on his verified Facebook page late Wednesday.
