The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has approved 11 September to 9 October for the resumption of collection of Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) in Kogi, Bayelsa and Imo states.
The commission made this known in a statement by its National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Sam Olumekun, in Abuja on Tuesday.
Mr Olumekun said the approval was given in continuation of INEC preparations for the forthcoming off-cycle Governorship Elections in the three states holding on 11 November.
