Most Rev. (Dr.) Charles Hammawa, Catholic Bishop of Jalingo Diocese in Taraba State has decried the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Five Billion Naira (N5bn) palliatives allocated to each State saying, it is inadequate.
Bishop Hammawa stated this in Jalingo the state capital during the funeral Mass of Hon. Victor Bala Kona, former State PDP Chairman who died at Abuja recently after a brief illness.
