Terrorism: Military lacks training on evidence gathering, prosecution of criminals – Arase, PSC Chair

Solomon Arase, the Chairman of the Police Service Commission (PSC), says the military officers deployed to areas where terrorists operate freely, particularly North East, lack training and knowledge to gather evidence against the criminals, hence the increasing rate of their activities.
