GTCO Reduces Tenure Of Non-Executive Directors To Six Years

Guaranty Trust Holdings Company Plc has slashed the number of years a Non-Executive Director (NED) and Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) will serve on its board to six years, the bank revealed in its audited financial statement.

The move was in compliance with the recent tenure adjustment for bank executives and non-executives by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the bank said in the financials obtained by THE WHISTLER.
