Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has publicly challenged the former presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP), Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, to display his PhD certificate.
Ganduje, in a video clip on Tuesday, August 29, described Kwankwaso as “an alleged illiterate who cannot understand what a master plan is.”
