The First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, on Saturday in Abuja, expressed sadness that many Nigerian youth are unable to afford tertiary education.
She said this when 43 tertiary institution scholarships were awarded through her Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI).
The first lady at the maiden ceremony of the initiative, said each beneficiary would get N4 million for four academic sessions and a new laptop.
