Here is why Chelsea can spend more money despite FFP regulations

There have been some complaints from some football clubs that UEFA needs to investigate Chelsea to be sure that the Blues are not breaking the financial fair play regulation following the amount they spent on players. Chelsea recently spent £211.8 million to strengthen their midfield position in the last two transfer windows ( January 2023 and August 2023) on Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo from Benfica and Brighton respectively.

However, despite all these spendings that Chelsea have done since Todd Boehly took over the club, they might not have broken any FFP rule.
