Ikeja, Lagos state – As Nigerians await the judgement of the Presidential Elections Petitions Court (PEPC), David Elijah, the spiritual leader of the Glorious Mount of Possibility Church in Lagos, on Thursday, August 24, said he sees an arrangement for Obi.
