Lagos House Of Assembly Rejects 17 Out Of The 39 Commissioner Nominees Sent By Gov Sanwo-Olu

During the exercise, the lawmakers rejected 17 of the nominees.

The Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, said the confirmation followed a rigorous and detailed screening of the nominees by an ad hoc committee led by the Chief Whip of the House, Hon. Fatai Mojeed.

He then went on to carry out the confirmation of the nominees via a voice vote.
