Jackson Ude, a journalist, and some Twitter users alleged that Fashola and some lawyers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were writing the judgment which would be handed to the judges.
But Fashola, the immediate past minister of works and housing, denied the allegations, noting that they were baseless and defamatory.
