The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Ogun State chapter, has expressed dismay over the non-appearance of its lead counsel, Chijioke Emeka, SAN, at the hearing of its appeal at the Court of Appeal, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, just as the party is demanding a refund of its alleged N2.5 million part-payment of the N5,000 million legal fee.
