Mason Mount explains why he did not renew his contract at Chelsea

The Englishman said that his decision to leave Stamford Bridge was because it was clear that he was not in the plans of the club. Mason Mount made this revelation was made in an interview with Manchester United television.

“Several months ago it became clear that I wasn’t in Chelsea’s plans moving forward and once I knew Manchester United were involved, my decision was made. It’s a huge club but it’s also so close, everyone is involved, and it’s such a family and I’ve felt that straight away.”
