Alleged certificate forgery: Gov Mbah shuns Enugu Election Petition Tribunal

The Tribunal had on Thursday ordered a substituted service of a subpoena on Mbah through his lawyer in the ongoing case over his alleged forgery of NYSC certificate.

The subpoena followed an application by counsel to the People’s Redemption Party, PRP, Barr Alex Amujiogo.
