Many of them are doing really great as an independent artiste while some are doing averagely well.

You’ll agree with me that many of this independent musicians are even doing better than others under a record label.

However, there is this thing of “you’ll do better if you have a strong sponsorship” which is true. In the Nigerian music industry today, you can’t compare any independent artiste to the likes of Asake and Fireboy DML who are both under a top notch music label.
