Optiva Capital Partners, sponsor of an upcoming film project in conjunction with Riveting Integrated Entertainment are partnerring in production of a thrilling movie titled, ‘Kiss of Death’
This bold move according to actor and movie producer, Francis Onwochie is an indication of greater things to the Nigerian motion picture industry as financial investors involvement will lead to growth of Nollywood. This much was discussed at the media brief of the feature film, Kiss of Death which examines how cultural and religious issues interplay with our lifestyle.
Speaking on her involvement, the executive director of Optiva Capital Partners, Amaka Okeke-Lawal, reiterated the company’s interest in youth empowerment through entertainment. “We help in youth empowerment, we want to empower people. Entertainment is key. When you speak about entertainment that’s a huge sector and we love entertainment. The storyline is amazing! And how can we not be a part of this?”
To be directed by Terry McMahon, a renowned Irish filmmaker, the movie tells a tragic-love story of a Lagos boy who goes to the Northern part of Nigeria to have his NYSC.
