Ahead of the presidential inauguration on May 29, the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), has pledged that no cow will be seen loitering the streets of Abuja.
Chairman of MACBAN, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) chapter, Alhaji Usman Muhammad, disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Deputy Director of Information, Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), Mrs Janet Peni.
