Navy warns impostors against the use of its naval uniforms

The Nigerian Navy (NN) has warned some impostors and self-acclaimed maritime security outfits against the use of its naval uniforms and accoutrements to deceive, harass, intimidate, and defraud unsuspecting members of the public.

The Nigeria Navy Director of Information, Commodore Ao Ayo-Vaughan, gave the warning on Friday in a statement titled: “WORRISOME ACTIVITIES OF IMPOSTORS AND FAKE MARITIME SECURITY OUTFITS”.
