The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has felicitated with the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on his 83rd birthday, saying that the prominent royal father deserves to be celebrated for remaining an icon and role-model even among traditional rulers.
Egbewole, in a statement signed by the University’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr Kunle Akogun, said that the Emir , who has left no one in doubt that he is a leader of all and of all times, is a detribalised and remarkable jurist who made his domain very attractive to all without any form of discrimination.
