The All Progressives Congress APC leaders allegedly suspended, by some members of the party, have given 72 hours to the ” illegal fact finding on ànti party activities committee” to retract and apologize to them individually or face court action.
A statement by the Chairman Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Barr.Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku on Thursday, and made available to the media, said the so-called Committee is illegal, unconstitutional as no such exists in any of the party’s laws or Constitution.
