The performance is celebrating the 82-year-old artiste as arguably the oldest but active Nigerian musician.
A crown prince of Ibadan, Oyewole is a flutist, saxophonist and the leaser of Afroba band, who performs monthly at the Bogobiri House, will be marking the celebration performing alongside Nigerian singer and Jazz funk pianist, Gboyega Adelaja. Adelaja who has been active since the 1970s has performed with internationally acclaimed artistes like Fela Kuti, Hugh Masekela.
Other acts performing at the event include soul, funk and highlife singer, Daina Bada and Afrobeats cruiser and band leader of The Age of Aquarius, Duro Ikujenyo.
