ING alarm: Ploy by DSS to arrest Obi, Atiku before May 29 – Timi Frank alleges

The recent alarm raised about a plot to foist an Interim National Government (ING) on the country has been described as a ploy by security agencies, particularly the Department of State Security (DSS) to arrest Presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and that of Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, before the May 29 handover date.
