The Senate Chief Whip, Sen. Orji Kalu, has congratulated Chief Alex Otti of the Labour Party (LP) on his victory in the Abia governorship election.
He also urged politicians to shun undemocratic actions and place the collective interests of the Abia people above personal ambitions.
