Naija News reports that governorship elections were held across 28 of Nigeria’s 36 states on Saturday, March 18, 2023. The governorship and state assembly elections were held two weeks after the conduct of presidential and national assembly elections.
For the just-concluded gubernatorial election, states involved are: Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara.
