A former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, on Thursday condemned in strong terms a statement credited to the outgoing British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Catriona Laing, about the recent presidential and National Assembly democratic election in the country.
