Two Sureties Of P&ID Director To Forfeit N50m Bonds For Failure To Produce Accused In Court

The Federal Capital Territory High Court, Gudu, Abuja, has ordered the sureties of James Nolan to produce him before the court  in September 2023, or risk forfeiting their bonds to the Federal Government.

The order was given by Justice Modupe Oso-Adebiyi on Thursday.
