The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday declared that there was no winner in the February 25 National Assembly election in Doguwa/Tudun Wada Federal Constituency of Kano State.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the electoral body subsequently fixed a rerun election in 13 Polling Units (PUs).
